As you have been notified several times there are four openings coming up on the BOD effective 1/1/2020. See below for details.
Two bios have been received for owners running for two of these four seats.
Two more bios are needed at a minimum.
If two more bios are not received by October 31, 2019, the Pine Ridge board may again decide at the November board meeting to only have a three seat board for 2020.
If you are willing to serve on the Pine Ridge Board of Directors, please send in your bio no later than October 31, 2019.
The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association will hold its 2019 annual meeting on Monday, December 9, 2019 with registration at 6:00 PM and the meeting starting at 6:30 PM. Location is to be determined.
There are three openings coming available on the board for 2 year terms of 1/1/2020 – 12/31/2021. Betty Black, Tom McEwin and John Langley terms will expire on 12/31/19.
There is also one opening coming available on the board for a 1 year term of 1/1/2020-12/31/2020.
The newly elected directors will join returning board member Hector Avila, whose term expires on 12/31/2020.
