Please remember all holiday decorations are to be down by the end of
January.
Below is from the ACC Design Standards. I’ve attached a copy for your
convenience.
Exterior Lighting, Holiday Lighting and Holiday Decorations:
Exterior lights must be installed to avoid glare from light sources to
neighboring properties.
Landscape lighting used to accentuate a home, its driveways, pathways and
vegetation should be subdued and subtle.
Colored exterior lighting is not permitted.
Holiday lighting and holiday decorations do not require ACC approval. All
holiday lighting and decorations may not be installed more than 30 days
prior to such holiday and must be removed within 30 days after such holiday.
