Just a quick note, thanking everyone who has been following and adjusting to the new parking rules. The POA board and its committees continue to look into additional options to streamline this process. Currently in the works are repairs to the community’s irrigation system controllers and associated devices, once these are repaired then we can look into other landscape concerns.
As the weather continues to warm up, please take some time and address the outside area of your home. Please look and see if you may need to power wash, maybe tend to the yard? As I walk around the community I have noticed a lot of unsightly storage around the exterior of some of your homes, please take the time to address this issue. Only with the community’s involvement can we make Pine Ridge a better and safer and pleasant place to live.
