Special Meeting – Parking Rules

The Pine Ridge Board of Directors would like to thank all who attended Monday night’s board meeting in person or via Zoom. It was a well-attended constructive meeting.

Your suggestions were heard and the board has drafted another version of the Rules and Regs. For your convenience, the portion that pertains to Parking is attached to the community email notice sent November 13.

The board has arranged another meeting to be held Monday, November 25, 2024 at the at 6:15 PM via ZOOM and in person at Bluffton Township Fire District Station 35 located at 357 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29909.

This meeting will allow owners to have more discussion on the proposed revised rules dated 11/13/24.

Please note that the board has the authority given by the Bylaws to adopt rules and there does not have to be a vote of the owners.

The Pine Ridge Bylaws #12 Rules & Regulations:

The Board may at any meeting of the Board adopt rules and regulations or amend, modify or rescind then existing rules and regulations for the operation of the Project , provided, however, that such rules are not inconsistent with the terms or provisions of the Association Documents. Copies of any rules and regulations promulgated, amended or rescinded shall be mailed or delivered to all Members at the last known address for such Members as shown on the records of the Association at the time of such delivery or mailing and shall not take effect until forty-eight (48) hours after such delivery or mailing.
