Annual Meeting – 2024
The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association will hold its 2024 annual meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024 with registration at 6:15PM and the meeting starting at 6:30PM location to be determined. The official annual meeting package will be mailed in November.
There will be 3 board positions expiring December 31, 2024. All are 2 year term positions.

If you are a property owner and would like to consider investing in the community by serving on the board please send an email to kathy@bundyinc.com with your intent to run and please include a short bio. All applicants must be in good standing with their POA assessments and/or fines.
You must submit your bio no later than October 31, 2024.
