POA Board Meeting

Meetings of the Pine Ridge Property Owners Association Board of Directors for the months of SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER of 2024 will be via Zoom ONLY.

The hybrid meeting schedule will resume again in November of 2024. In-person attendance for the November meeting will be at 6:15 PM at the Bluffton Township Fire District Station 35 located at 357 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29909 and via ZOOM.

Check in begins at 6pm.

Questions and comments from all attendees will be handled during “Visitor Comments & Questions” on the agenda.

Attendees will be limited to 5 minutes per person for questions/comments in order to keep the meeting as brief as possible. Some issues may require further discussion or action which may be taken outside the meeting.

All residents/owners will receive an email on or before the day of the meeting containing the Zoom link and other access information.

If you live or own in Pine Ridge and are not currently on the email list for residents/owners, please contact the management office to be added.

In the body of email, please provide:

  • Your name
  • Your Pine Ridge address
  • State whether you are an owner or tenant
