Robin has been a homeowner in Pine Ridge since 2004. Robin has a background in business and healthcare and is wants to support the community by serving the community. - Betty Black, Vice President
Betty takes an active role in the community serving on several committees and enjoys riding her bike or walking through each area & talking with residents. She has been a board member since 2015. - Bethany Pearson, Secretary
- Hector Avila, Treasurer
Hector is a retired Marine Corps veteran & currently works as a government contractor at MCAS. He has lived in Pine Ridge since 2005 and been active on the board 2006 – 2013, and was re-elected in 2016. - Gabrial Yacso, Director-At-Large
Gabe has lived in Pine Ridge for over 8 years and has been active on several of the community committees as well as being a First Responder on HHI. During the holiday season, Gabe spreads holiday cheer as Santa Claus!
Board Meetings
Pine Ridge POA Board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month, at 6:15pm. Residents are welcome to attend until the executive session is called.
