Please be aware that snakes and alligators are a part of the nature in our area. Keep your pets and children safe.
Each Residential Owner/resident which has a rear or side Lot line which abuts the portion of any lake which is immediately adjacent to the edge of the water line shall be required to maintain the adjoining area located between such resident’s lot and the edge of the water line of the adjacent lake as if said area were a portion of the Lot owned.
There will be an inspection in July of trees along front yards to assess low and overhanging branches over sidewalks and streets. Homeowners are responsible for the trimming of the trees on their property.
Board President Robin Otterbine recently met with Sgt. McFadden of the Bluffton Police Department to discuss the community’s issues with E-bikes and ATV’s.
Zulu Marine Construction will be completing required cleaning/repairs of the stormwater retention system in Pine Ridge next week (January 12 – 17).
