The Pine Ridge Board of Directors met Monday evening, May 13.
Please remember that any change to the exterior of your home or yard requires approval before the project is begun. This includes installing screens/screening that was not part of the original house.
For your convenience, attached is a submittal form, the Design Standards, Rules and Regulations which includes Parking Rules and the Declarations of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Pine Ridge. These can always be found 24-7 on the association website.
Also discussed at the meeting was the need to remind owners of Article 11 Use Restrictions from of the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements. It can also be found in the covenant attachment.
