We ask that you as an owner to get involved with your community.
It is summer once again, we understand that it is HOT this time of year in the South, but we need you to keep up with the care and keeping of the outside of your homes; yard maintenance, power washing…disposing or properly storing items that do not belong around the exterior of your home.
With the onset of spring, it is time to get out and take a look around your properties; yard maintenance, power washing and general maintenance / cleaning may be required. We will be asking members of the community to assist in keeping an eye out to help keep our community looking its best. Please have any required maintenance / cleaning accomplished by the end of April as we will be reviewing the community and sending letters in May this year.
Due to Joe Otterbine resigning as Board President in September and Judith Blanchard resigning as Secretary in October, Sybil Nienke will be acting President for the remainder of 2018.
Due to some errors, changes were required to the current Rules & Regulations as well as the Design Standards distributed earlier this year.
The board has assessed the current needs of our community and proposes an annual increase to $625 from the current $540 annual assessment.
