Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
The board would like to extend to our community a happy holiday season. Please attend our Annual Meeting at the Buckwalter Recreation Center on December 13, 2021 6:00 registration. I would like to personally invite you to meet the board and to get involved. There have been many new residents move into the community these last two years. This is our first live meeting in almost two years. We used to do them every month and would have a number of people who care about the community come. This is your opportunity to find out what you can do in your community to make it better. Hope to meet you there.
The Holiday Light Display will be again this year. Three gift cards will be given out to the best three displays. The amounts will be $100, $50, $25. The winners of last year’s competition will not qualify but we will enjoy their displays. Everyone in the community can vote on the Pine Ridge web site under Holiday light Nomination form.
Christmas Event December 18 we are privileged to have Santa Claus walking around Pine Ridge. Santa and his helpers will be giving candy to our children in the neighborhood. More information to come soon.
As of December 15 we will have security in the neighborhood. The company will be Securitas. They will be patrolling Pine Ridge. They will be giving warnings. Starting on January 1, 2022 they will be writing tickets and calling the towing company when needed. Please make sure your cars are registered in Parking Attendant and all visitors must be registered. Register your vehicle and guest at https://pineridge.parkingattendant.com/

The Winter inspection will be starting December 6. Make sure you house is ready. Take advantage of the nice weather to clean up your yard. Details about propery inspections here.
