The board would like to follow up on last night’s monthly meeting in which we felt was a very productive one. Thank you to the 25+ that attended and were able to bring us your concerns and offer some solutions to the parking issue. Please note that we will still move forward with the updated parking rules that are slated to take effect on April 15, 2018. We will continue to work on your concerns and solutions continuing to establish a viable permanent solution to the parking issues within our community. A few of you have been tasked with gathering information from security companies, along with inviting them to our monthly meeting on May 14th, 2018 @ 6:15. Others have shown an interest in becoming members of the parking as well as other committees in our community. Please visit the Pine Ridge POA website and fill out the volunteer application and email to the website listed on the form. We would also ask you, if you have a question or concern please use the feature on the website or email Bundy Management at pineridgepoa@gmail.com and this will be forwarded to all board members.
