Signs
• Except for signs placed or constructed by Declarant, no signs shall be placed upon any Lot, and no signs shall be placed in or upon any Living Unit which are visible from the exterior of the Living Unit, without the prior written consent of the ACC Committee. Graduation signs are permitted for 2 months. After 2 months there may be a warning and a $25 Fine and for a 2nd warning there may be a fine of $50.
