The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association will hold its 2022 annual meeting on Monday, December 12, 2022 with registration at 6:15 PM and the meeting starting at 6:30 PM to be held at the Buckwalter Recreation Center located at 905 Buckwalter Parkway, Bluffton, SC 29910. The official annual meeting package will be mailed to all owners in November.
The Pine Ridge POA Board Election will be held at the Annual Meeting December 12th, 2022.
Currently there are 3 openings on the board: Hector Avila’s current term expires December 31, 2022 and last year at the annual meeting Laura Yacso and Lynne Prochazka volunteered to serve on the board and were appointed to serve in 2022.
All homeowners are encouraged to help support & improve the neighborhood by volunteering time for committees or running for a seat on the board. Tenants are welcome to participate on committees but cannot run for seats on the board.
If you are a property owner and would like to consider investing in the community by donating your time and serving on the board please send an email to kathy@bundyinc.com with your intent to run and please include a short bio. All applicants must be in good standing with their POA assessments and/or fines.
