The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association will hold its 2025 annual meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 with registration at 6:15 PM and the meeting starting at 6:30 PM at the Bluffton Township Fire District Station 35 located at 357 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. The official annual meeting package will be mailed to all owners in November.
The Pine Ridge POA Board Election will be held at the Annual Meeting December 8th, 2025.
There will be 2 openings on the board: the terms of Betty Black and Jill Murphy expire 12/31/25.
All homeowners are encouraged to help support & improve the neighborhood by volunteering time for committees or running for a seat on the board. Tenants are welcome to participate on committees but cannot run for seats on the board.
If you are a property owner and would like to consider investing in the community by donating your time and serving on the board please send an email to pineridge@bundyinc.com with your intent to run and please include a short 1 page bio. All applicants must be in good standing with their POA assessments and/or fines.
