Board President Robin Otterbine recently met with Sgt. McFadden of the Bluffton Police Department to discuss the community’s issues with E-bikes and ATV’s. It was a very informative conversation and Sgt. McFadden provided the SC Electric Bicycle Law. An important take away from this meeting is to share the law with all residents so that they can educate their children regarding the use and responsibility of these types of equipment to prevent injury or tragedy from happening in the community.
