The Pine Ridge POA Board Election will be held at the Annual Meeting December 13th, 2021.
Currently there are 4 openings on the board – 2 openings that were not filled at the last election and two openings that will expire at the end of this year. One seat remains filled until next year. The goal is to have all five positions filled. The board cannot operate with less than 3 filled positions.
All homeowners are encouraged to help support & improve the neighborhood by volunteering time for committees or running for a seat on the board. Tenants are welcome to participate on committees but cannot run for seats on the board.

All applicants must be in good standing with their POA assessments and/or fines.
