There are several volunteer positions open on Pine Ridge Community Committees. All residents are welcome to sign up!
Committee Overview
- Architectural Control Committee (ACC) – Provide a system of review for the construction or modification of all improvements with the subdivision.They must be familiar with covenants, rules and regulation and by laws.
- Parking & Security – Review parking rules / services and work with security services to provide a safer environment for residents.
- Grounds & Lagoon – Communicate with landscaper and lagoon service people. Make advisements to the board regarding landscaping needs to be addressed.
- Social & Communication – Responsible for planning of social gatherings, writing news and other articles for the website.

In-person board meetings will start with the July 10th Board Meeting. Meetings will be at Bluffton Township Fire District Station 35, 357 Fording Island Rd, Bluffton, SC 29909
The Board Meeting agenda is sent out to all residents / home owners in advance of the meeting. Visitor comments and questions is on the agenda. We ask that comments/questions be limited to 5 minutes per person.
Our Hargray contract is up in March, 2024. We are in the process of seeking comments from residents about internet providers. Please attend the July 10 meeting to hear more about & discuss internet options. Your opinions are welcome!
A reminder two positions are available for the Pine Ridge POA Board next year. Owners will receive a form in October to fill out and submit if the wish to run for board. Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting in December.
