The March meeting of the Pine Ridge Property Owners Association Board of Directors will be held on Monday, March 8th, 2021 at 6:15 PM, via ZOOM web meeting.
Residents/Owners who wish to participate in the Zoom meeting should email Kathy Bundy (firstname.lastname@example.org) at Bundy Property Management, before 4pm the day of the meeting. In the subject line of your email, please use “Attend the Zoom POA Meeting.” In the body of email, please provide:
- Your name
- Your address
- State you are an owner or tenant
If you have any questions or issues you’d like to present the Board, you may also include those in the email.
When you join the meeting, you’ll be placed in a “waiting room” so all participants will join the meeting at the same time.
All attendees will remain muted until “Visitor Comments & Questions” on the agenda, at which point the host will un-mute attendees for their comments and questions.
Attendees will be limited to 5 minutes per attendee in order to keep the meeting as brief as possible. Some issues may require further discussion or action which may be taken outside the meeting.
