Please do not park on the islands in the Cul-De-Sacs.
Your association has just paid to have all the irrigation repaired/replaced in the common areas around the neighborhood.
Owners parking on these common areas will be held responsible for any irrigation that is broken by parking on it and will be charged for any repairs required.
Please be advised that the towing company can and will tow vehicles parked on the islands in the cul-de-sacs. The fee to redeem a towed vehicle is $240 cash.
