The Pine Ridge Board of Directors met Monday, October 14th. Parking was discussed.
As of December 17, 2019 parking will not be allowed on sidewalks or on common areas.
Any vehicle parked on sidewalks or common areas after December 17, 2019 may be towed at the owners expense.
There is a SC law that clearly prohibits parking on the sidewalk.
This law applies to both public and private property.
