Speeding & Noise Complaints

Recently it has been reported, that individuals are speeding and playing loud music from their vehicles while operating in the community. We really need to respect the concerns of our neighbors and control the speeding and the noise levels accordingly.

Speeding through the community causes a deep concern with me as it creates a danger to pedestrian, bicyclists and especially our children! We have installed speed bumps throughout the community to help combat this problem, but yet we are still receiving complaints. Let’s work together and be more watchful and vigilant of our speed as we drive through the community.

It is absolutely essential that all residents and visitors respect the right to quiet enjoyment of their neighbors, a right that is protected by the covenant listed below. Please refrain from playing your music excessively too loud and think of others, it’s your hearing you might be saving.
