Spring 2019 Newsletter

With the onset of spring, it is time to get out and take a look around your properties; yard maintenance, power washing and general maintenance / cleaning may be required. We will be asking members of the community to assist in keeping an eye out to help keep our community looking its best. Fire Damaged Home in Pine Ridge

The house at 3 Bristlestone Ct remains in a derelict state since the fire damage in March of 2017. The owner has not repaired the building and this inaction has left us, the residents and owners of Pine Ridge with a health and safety hazard that we are unable to remedy. The Town of Bluffton has indicated they are not inclined to demolish this property due to the pending criminal charges against the owner.
