Quarterly Assessment Relief for Pine Ridge Residents

Property Inspections
All properties within the Pine Ridge community will be inspected on a quarterly basis for compliance with rules, regulations and ACC standards. Inspections will be done through the months of March, June, September, and December.
Reminders for Pine Ridge Residents
Please ensure that any sporting equipment of any kind is NOT used to encourage participants to conduct their activities in the street. Please note that only owners who back up to a lagoon are allowed to be in the landscaped area between the lake water line and the property line.
