The house at 3 Bristlestone Ct remains in a derelict state since the fire damage in March of 2017. The owner has not repaired the building and this inaction has left us, the residents and owners of Pine Ridge with a health and safety hazard that we are unable to remedy. The Town of Bluffton has indicated they are not inclined to demolish this property due to the pending criminal charges against the owner.
